Orders and Contract

Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between Blue Bear Clothing Company and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by Blue Bear Clothing Company nor at the point in time that you receive an email from Blue Bear Clothing Company acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are dispatched the order may not be accepted by Blue Bear Clothing Company. For security reasons we may restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in any one transaction. Following formation of the contract, Blue Bear Clothing Company shall continue to own any goods ordered until it has received payment in full from you, even though the goods may have already been delivered to you.

Delivery Terms

Our standard courier delivery charge is £4.25 per delivery for within the United Kingdom. This will be for a tracked delivery service. The standard 48h delivery service applies to most orders placed before 11pm. This is in addition to our processing time of 1-3 days so if for any reason you need your items quicker please select Next Day Delivery as these are processed the same day on most occasions and dispatched on a next day delivery service.

An International Standard delivery charge is £9.75 per order. An additional fee of 20p will be made for each physical item in the order. For international orders, the recipient is liable for any custom duty charges.

Please note, over our busy periods our standard delivery services may be affected.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your order in any way then the items can be returned or exchanged hassle-free (excluding personalised or custom items). Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund. To organise your return or exchange, please simply contact us on bluebearclothingcompany@gmail.com. Please note, the buyer will pay for all returns and exchange shipping costs.

Instructions on how to return your order to us will be provided on receipt of your email. Once we receive the returned product, we will replace or refund as required.
Please note: Goods must be returned in original brand new condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you request and retain proof posting for any items returned. We cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one. No returns will be accepted at our warehouse, unless pre-authorised as stated above.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges outside of the 14 day window.

All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided.  The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition.  Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted for refund or exchange.

If your item is received faulty or damaged, then we will exchange it for a new undamaged item (stock permitting).  

When you contact us about your return you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisations number (RMA).  You will need to include this in your package when you return it to us.  Any returns without a RMA number will not qualify for the refund or exchange.

Returns will be credited to the original payment method.  Any original shipping charges will not be refunded.

General

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Blue Bear Clothing Company. To register on the site and to place orders with Blue Bear Clothing Company you must be aged 18 or over. By ordering goods from Blue Bear Clothing Company you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. We may contact you for market research purposes.

Prices

UK, EU and Channel Islands. The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.

Promotions Terms and Conditions

Offer codes are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. The launch promotion is available until 28th February. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.
